Delete your UGC Max account

In the app

Open Account → Account actions → Delete account. Confirm the permanent deletion and verify your sign-in. Wait for active generations to finish first.

Request deletion without the app

Email ugcmax@egycad.com with the subject “UGC Max account deletion”. Send from the email used for your account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can arrange ownership verification. Do not include your password or payment card details.

We verify account ownership before deleting data and aim to complete verified external requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal deadlines. We will explain any extension or legal restriction. You do not need to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

Your private workflows and all their ad versions are deleted, including shared briefs, uploaded images (including product photos and app or website screenshots), selling angles, per-version instructions and settings, generated scripts, videos, and generation history. Your usage and app billing records, request receipts, consent records, notification tokens, and sign-in account are deleted. New activity stops when deletion starts. In-app cleanup normally completes immediately; outstanding upload links or interrupted cleanup retry automatically every 15 minutes. Allow up to 24 hours for routine cleanup and contact us if deletion remains pending.

Limited retained records

A minimal one-way hash of the account identifier and deletion status/time is retained while needed to prevent late payment events or old credentials from recreating account data. It contains no contact details or workflow content. App stores and payment processors may retain legally required transaction records. Any records we must retain by law are restricted to necessary information and the required retention period. Backups and independent AI providers may have separate retention schedules. Content you exported or shared is outside this deletion process.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through Apple, Google Play, or the Paddle customer portal linked in your web purchase receipt, according to where you purchased, to stop future renewals.

Accounts using Sign in with Apple on the web

Delete your account in the UGC Max iOS app, or use the email request above. The web app directs Apple-linked accounts to this page so Apple authorization can be handled as part of deletion.
