Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Web purchases through Paddle

Web checkout is being prepared for launch. When available, Paddle acts as reseller and Merchant of Record for web purchases. Refunds and applicable withdrawal rights follow the Paddle Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Paddle may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund for a request submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests are reviewed case by case and may be declined; this is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Applicable statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain separate and are not limited by this discretionary request window. The Paddle policy in effect when you purchased governs your transaction.

Request a refund

Contact ugcmax@egycad.com for product problems, or request payment support at paddle.net or through your receipt. Include the transaction reference, account email, and reason for your request. Never send card details or passwords. Eligibility is assessed under Paddle’s policy and applicable law; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Cancellation and access

Cancel in the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt or contact Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Cancellation alone is not a refund. A refunded subscription may lose paid access. Deleting your UGC Max account does not cancel billing.

Generation failures and credits

A technical generation failure returns the reserved allowance under our usage rules. This is different from refunding a subscription payment. Video credits are non-transferable usage allowances, not money.

App Store and Google Play

For mobile purchases, request cancellation or refunds through the store where you purchased. That store’s policies and mandatory consumer rights apply.
